He is a Director of LASACO Insurance, Chairman, Complete Computers and Technologies Ltd, Benin. Past chairman, Owena International Hotels, Akure. Director of other companies such as: Crystal Hope International Ltd; Mahsen Shipping Line Ltd; Marimpex Imperial Homes; Marimpex Finance & Securities, Abams Aquatic Farms and Honey Duke Confectionaries and Bakery;Member of Trustee, Governing board of Yaba College of Technology; Member of Trustee, Institute of Technology, Nigeria.

Chief (Dr) M.O. Abraham is the chief Executive and executive vice chairman of the group. He is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with Master degree in Technology and management and an honourary Doctorate degree in Science (D.Sc).

Chief (Dr) M.O. Abraham is a recipient of several awards which include: Fellowship institute of Sales Management of Nigeria. National merit Award in water engineering technology construction, Forum 93. Transparent Patriotism Merit Award. ECOWAS distinguished Corporate Achievers and NUBIFIE awards of excellence ....... among others. He has attended several professional courses, conferences and seminars both locally and aboard.

Chief Abraham is also a member of Island club, Metropolitan club and Ikoyi Club 1938

An Officer and a gentleman (now a politician) was in the Military Government of Akwa Ibom state. He performed so well that his people still love and admire him. He was also the comamnder of Presidential fleet in the Presidency. He was a Director of the Corporative Development Bank, now FCMB. He emerged the best candidate at National World college in his set. He holds a Masters degree in Strategic Studies and International Relations.

He also has several degrees from Military Academy, Abroad.

He is a Civil/Water Engineer with over 34 years post qualification experience. He moved from consultancy (Osot Associates, Ibadan) to contracting. He was once the Assistant Chief Engineer of Uren Construction Co. Ltd- the firm that built FESTAC town main waterworks and provided other services. He later worked as the Chief Engineer of Balakhany Nig. Ltd- (The British company that introduced borehole drilling/underground water extraction in the country). He is the Managing Director of Shamadek Nig. Ltd. And Executive Director of Tanus Property Development Ltd.

He is a Building Engineer. He studied at the University of Ife for his first degree and Yugoslovia for Advanced Diploma in Construction. He worked with the Ministry of Works , Ondo state and later with Seg. Mahsen as the first General Manager. He laid a solid foundation and a thriving culture in the company before joining Jimbas & Co. Nig Ltd in Port Harcourt as a Managing Director.
He is the Chairman of JBZ ventures (Nig) Ltd.
